Response was very prompt for a Monday morning and I had an electrician allocated before 9:00am. Zane turned up exactly when I was told he would and our water heater issues were resolved in just over an hour. Highly recommend this team

First Choice Electrical have proven to be a competent and customer service company since their 1st job in June 2025. The guys are courteous and respectful to senior clients with our requests for assistance. I recommend them to others looking for a proper job at a fair service price and a company that ensures as a customer U are satisfied with the results. Had no idea who this company was, saw a well presented truck parked out the front of our units, called, spoke to Rachel. We had our Hot Water tank short out, sent her some photos, Dean arrived early afternoon, nice guy, fixed the issue, very clean service unlike some other experiences we have had. Highly recommend, they are now on our Electrician list for Avoca Beach. Well done.

Ryan from First Choice was fantastic to deal with. Friendly, professional and very honest with his advice while helping us sort out our oven issues. Great service from the moment I contacted them. We are very happy with our fan/light they supplied and installed for us in our patio room. Installation was quick and easy and the installer was professional and took away all the rubbish. Highly recommend them and will be using again to get fans in bedrooms.
